When can I expect my album?

We aim to ship your album within 15 working days. We'll keep you posted via email throughout the entire process, so we'll let you know if it's due to arrive earlier.

If your order includes logo debossing we'll need 20 working days in total for the first order to allow for your bespoke die to be made.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes.

Which courier company do you use?

We use UPS and all of our shipments are carbon offset.

How much is shipping?

The shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and are based upon your delivery address.

Most mainland UK addresses are £9.95 with Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and remote destinations being a little more.

EU shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the shipment and your address. You can check the price by adding an album to your cart and compleing the form for a quote. Alternatively contact us and we'll give you an estimate.

We offer 2 different UPS services for international orders

>> UPS Standard: 2-3 days to most European destinations. 3-5 for rest of world
>> UPS Saver: Next day delivery to most European destinations. End of second day to most of US and Canada. 2-3 business days to Asia and rest of world

Can you deliver on a Saturday?

Yes. Saturday deliveries carry an additional charge and can be arranged on request. Please contact us for further information.

What if I’m located nearby, can I collect?

No problem, we’re keen to reduce our carbon footprint. Just choose to collect from Folio Albums HQ during checkout.
